A small fraternity at Dartmouth College, Kappa Kappa Kappa has been one of the major philanthropic Greek organizations for black minorities seemingly without controversy. This reputation was challenged last week as the Klu Klux Klan commonly known as the KKK sued the Tri-Kap for copyright infringement.
Kappa uses “Tri-Kap” colloquially not “KKK” to avoid confusion “kinda racist group” on campuses for just this reason. However with major funds being raised for minority students and profiting from their positive online presence, the KKK wants in. Klansmen Harold Doinkles, spokesman for the northern Idaho Klansman commented “we want some of that ni**ger money.” Kappa denies wrongdoing and plans pursue the lawsuit to the fullest extent of the law.
